Jiamusi People's Pharmaceutical Warehouse Constant Temperature Project
This project is located in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. It is a pharmaceutical warehouse of Heilongjiang Yuanhui Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Co., Ltd., with a construction area of approximately 10,000 square meters. The building is two stories high, with a first-floor frame height of 5.4 meters and a second-floor frame height of 4.8 meters.
This project is located in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. The building is two stories high, with a frame height of 5.4 meters on the first floor and 4.8 meters on the second floor. The building has good insulation performance, with a 100mm thick external wall insulation layer and triple-layer break-bridge aluminum thermal insulation glass.
The region has peak and off-peak electricity pricing. Peak electricity costs approximately 0.7 yuan/kWh, flat electricity costs approximately 0.6 yuan/kWh, and off-peak electricity costs approximately 0.3 yuan/kWh.
Design Concept: The highest temperature in Jiamusi City is 36℃, with a short duration of high temperatures. The lowest temperature can drop to -37℃ or lower, with a long duration of low temperatures. Therefore, the scheme is primarily designed based on heating needs. Jiamusi's extremely low temperatures are very close to the limit of operation for ultra-low temperature heat pumps, so ensuring the stability of the project's heating is crucial. The project area has a significant difference in peak and off-peak electricity prices. Therefore, in the selection of backup heat sources, electric auxiliary heating has a significant advantage over other heating equipment, and it can utilize the heat stored during off-peak hours and release the heat during peak hours to provide heating. A thermal storage water tank needs to be added.
The project is equipped with seven Midea 60P ultra-low temperature DC variable frequency modular units and 3 × 180kW electric boilers + a 75-cubic-meter thermal storage water tank as the cold and heat source. Fan coils are used for the cooling end, and industrial radiators are used for the heating end. Humidity control uses Midea dehumidification heat pump units + industrial humidification equipment units. Due to the special nature of pharmaceutical storage, each floor of the warehouse is divided into 24 temperature and humidity zones, each equipped with a temperature sensor probe and a dehumidification heat pump unit to meet the environmental requirements of pharmaceutical storage.
