The design heating condition supply and return water temperature is 75℃/60℃. The system uses six sets of 25 HP two-stage high-temperature heat pumps from Meiken with model number MAHRW250ZB/S(H2).

 

The project was completed and delivered at the end of November 2016, and the actual 4 units have met the requirements for heating use, with an actual total heat production capacity of 249.6kw and a heating heat load of 71.31w/m2.


The project is entrusted to Beijing Architecture University, School of Environmental and Energy Engineering for no less than 60 days of data monitoring, monitoring data show that: the average winter temperature of the region -9.6 ℃, the total heating power consumption of 133,000 kWh, the cost of electricity is 1 yuan of electricity, the heating cost of about 38 yuan/square meter/heating season, the average efficiency of the winter heating is 2.21. The whole heating season indoor temperature is maintained at 20 ℃, the indoor humidity is 60%, the heating water temperature is 60%, the heating water supply temperature is 2.21 ℃, the indoor temperature is 20 ℃, the indoor humidity is 60%. Throughout the heating season, the indoor temperature is maintained at 20℃, the indoor humidity is 60%, the heating water supply temperature is 62℃, and the return water temperature is 56℃. Due to the reasonable design of the system, the pipeline heat preservation is also well done, the equipment runs quietly, the operation is convenient, and there is no need to control the equipment, and there is no problem of unit frost, noise and so on, which fully meets the user's heating needs, and the owner is very satisfied with the operation of the unit.
