Sishui Quanlin Community Air Source Heat Pump Heating and Distribution (Electricity in lieu of Coal) Project


Quanlin Community, Sishui County, Jining City, Shandong Province, is a large-scale rural relocation community of 89 buildings, with a floor area of about 270,000 square meters, of which about 220,000 square meters (2,090 households) are residential and 50,000 square meters (about 200 households) are commercial. The building is well insulated and the heating end is heater.

The design unit heat load of the project is 37W/m2, and 100 sets of Meiken 130 ultra-low temperature modular units are configured to meet the heating demand of the community. The units are arranged in 4 rows and 25 columns and centrally located in the open space on the west side of the community.

 

The host is centrally located in the open space on the west side of the community, far away from the residential buildings (30m from the nearest building), surrounded by smooth airflow, with a good air intake and exhaust environment; cement curing of the flat ground, to ensure that the ground is smooth, to meet the load requirements of the unit and the pipeline; strip of cement foundation on the erection of channel steel, to ensure that the cold air sink space and the lower part of the ventilation and vibration-damping measures, to reduce the noise of the unit operation. The units are arranged in 4 rows and 25 columns, with a total of 100 heat pump units, divided into 4 groups of modules and connected in parallel through manifolds.

 

The condensate is strictly required to centralized discharge, and the design of electric heat accompanied by anti-freezing, to ensure the operation effect.

 

The control adopts energy management system, machine learning and neural network and other artificial intelligence technologies, integration of new energy and building environment professional, research and development to establish a large number of parameters, algorithms, optimization models, to achieve the whole system monitoring, host energy efficiency analysis, to maintain the best efficiency of the system operation as well as through the Internet of Things as the basis for the big data and AI as a driver according to the changes in meteorological data to achieve load forecasting to adjust the number of hosts operating In addition, dynamic load adjustment, intelligent host rotation and defrost parameter optimization. In addition, energy management system hierarchical control of all the sensors, controllers and valve data monitoring, according to the building into the home flow monitoring and room temperature collection, real-time transmission of indoor temperature to adjust the balance of the heating distribution, improve the balance of the pipeline network to achieve the end user's temperature monitoring and adjustment and heat metering. Energy management can significantly reduce operating costs and increase the customer's profit point.

 

The project's 100 heating systems were put into operation in early September 2022 and have been running stably for two heating seasons. The occupancy rate of the covered area is about 84.4%, and the power consumption per square meter in one heating season is about 30.88 kWh of electricity, and the heating using air-source heat pumps is about 13.23 yuan/m2 per heating season.
