Jiamusi People's Medicine and Drug Warehouse Constant Temperature Project
This project is located in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province. It is a drug warehouse of Heilongjiang Yuanhui Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Co., Ltd. with a building area of approximately 10000 square meters. It is a two-story building, with a first floor frame of 5.4 meters and a second floor frame of 4.8 meters.

It is a drug warehouse of Heilongjiang Yuanhui Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Co., Ltd. with a building area of approximately 10000 square meters. It is a two-story building, with a first floor frame of 5.4 meters and a second floor frame of 4.8 meters. The building has good insulation, with a thickness of 100mm for the external wall insulation layer and three layers of insulated glass with broken bridge aluminum.
There is peak valley electricity in this area, with peak electricity costing about 0.7 yuan/kWh, flat electricity costing about 0.6 yuan/kWh, and valley electricity costing about 0.3 yuan/kWh.
Design concept: The extreme high temperature in Jiamusi City is 36 ℃, with a short duration of high temperature. The extreme low temperature can reach below -37 ℃, and the duration of low temperature is very long. Therefore, the scheme is mainly designed based on heating requirements. The extreme low temperature in Jiamusi is very close to the extreme working condition of ultra-low temperature heat pumps, so ensuring the stability of heating for the project is of utmost importance. There is a significant difference in peak and valley electricity prices in the project area. Therefore, in the selection of backup heat sources, electric auxiliary heating has outstanding advantages compared to other heating equipment, and can also use the stored heat during valley electricity periods to release heat and provide heating during peak electricity periods by adding a thermal storage water tank.
The project is equipped with seven Meiken 60P ultra-low temperature DC variable frequency module units and 3 × 180kW electric boilers+75 cubic meters of thermal storage water tanks for the cold and heat sources. The cooling end uses fan coil units, the heating end uses industrial radiators, and the humidity control uses Meiken dehumidification heat pump units+industrial humidification equipment units. Due to the special nature of drug storage, each floor of the warehouse is divided into 24 temperature and humidity zones, each of which is equipped with temperature sensing probes and dehumidification heat pump units to meet the environmental requirements for drug storage.
